Cybersecurity operations and incident response are difficult these days. Security and IT teams typically struggle with visibility, volume of alerts, managed security providers, and limited number of personnel to address security alerts.  The education sector in particular experiences these issues, where IT teams typically handle security operations on top of other duties. As we continue to harden our security practices, there are steps that we can take to improve our process and architectures to overcome these challenges. This session is focused on how we improve and build out our incident response practices for more robust cybersecurity programs.
